To capture the .HAR file for review: Using a Chrome or Firefox browser: 1. Before logging into the portal select F12 to open the browser developer tools 2. Locate the Network section and below this category select the Preserve Log option 3. Proceed with logging into the portal and reproducing the issue in question to the point of error or failure 4. In Name column next to the Status column that shows the HTTP Status (usually 200) move your mouse into the Name column and right click anywhere in this column. Select the bottom option on the popup "Save all as HAR with Content" 5. Save the file to your desktop 6. Upload the file to the case for Tech Support review with HTTP analyzer tools. Using an Edge or IE browser: 1. Before logging into the portal select F12 to open the browser developer tools 2. Locate the Network section and below this select the green triangle to indicate logging to begin if it has not already begun. 3. Proceed with logging into the portal and reproducing the issue in question to the point of error or failure 4. Select the save icon on the menu bar next to the red square (stop recording icon) and save the file to your desktop as a .har file 5. Upload the file to the case for Tech Support review with HTTP analyzer tools.
